The Malzer residences are located on the beach about a 10 minute walk along the beach to the east of the Sunnyside Vista Villa complex in Sandy Bay, Roatan Island, Honduras. The main house has a separate upper unit and a lower efficiency unit. There is a small garden casita studio apartment.
