Drop into the Blue Parrot restaurant and say hello to Rick who recently took over management.  Rick is from Rick's American Cafe, Roatan Rick's, and Rick's in West End.  The restaurant was recently renovated to service more people.  The restaurant is located in the Sundance Cabana old office building along the main road near Sandy Bay and before Lawson's Rock if you are traveling from Coxen Hole.  It is closed on Sundays and the hours operation the rest of the week is 12 to 9 PM+.  Good steak and lobster for $12.50 with sandwiches around $5 and cold beer at $1.25.
